All the information in this site is a compilation of information sent in by you, the members' of these trades. Having collected it (some being historical information in relation to the trades) for so many years this is my way of sharing it with you, the Aircraft Life Support Fitters, Safety Equipment Workers and Fabric Workers.

Like all good websites my aim is to share the information as well as provide you with what you would like to see in the site. In time there will be a comprehensive detailed 'history' of the ALSFITT trade; including the inception of the Fabric Worker trade through to the Safety Equipment Worker (SEW) trade and then on to the Aircraft Life Support Fitter (ALSFITT) trade. Included in the site is an 'events bulletin board', some 'stories' of the trades as told by past and present members, some 'cartoons', also some 'pictures' (including most 'course pictures') and some 'ALSFITT Newsletters'.

So please tell me your thoughts, ideas and suggestions about anything else you would like to see in this site.
